Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dicey Gnomes! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be delayed slightly during high-volume periods or new game launches. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Australia)

We offer flat-rate domestic shipping across Australia via Australia Post or our preferred courier partners.

  • Standard Shipping: $15.00 AUD flat rate.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00 AUD.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but standard domestic delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

 

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following regions: New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the European Union.

Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated based on the total weight of your cart and displayed at checkout. Because tabletop games can be heavy, our international rates are broken into tiers to ensure you only pay for the exact weight bracket of your order.

Estimated international transit times vary from 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination country.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Khunpa Games Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • For US Customers: Due to strict import laws, all commercial shipments entering the United States are subject to mandatory import tariffs regardless of order value. To ensure a seamless delivery, these required US duties and taxes are calculated automatically and collected upfront as a separate line item at checkout. Your package will ship "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) so there will be no surprise charges upon delivery.

  • For UK & EU Customers: Please be aware that your local customs office will charge VAT upon the arrival of your package, or it may be calculated during checkout depending on regional rules.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe provided by the carrier, please contact us at contact@diceygnomes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Bulk Orders and Wholesale

Standard domestic shipping within Australia is a flat $15, with free shipping on orders over $150. However, if you are a retailer, a board game café, or simply looking to place a massive bulk order (10+ games or over 10 kilos), please contact us directly at contact@diceygnomes.com before placing your order. We can provide you with proper wholesale pricing and custom freight shipping options to best suit your needs!
